Review on πŸ’» Enhanced Efficiency with the NewerTech 14-Piece Portable Toolkit: Perfect for Computers and Electronics, Complete with Case by Adam Johnson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Updating a slightly out of place 2011 set because they are great tools.

I had one of these that I bought from Other World Computing in 2011 when I made the mistake of buying Apple products and didn't want to pay too much for cheaper SSDs and RAM so I need to hack Macbooks . Somehow they have served me very well over the years. I built my own computer last year (you can see it in my profile in other reviews) and they were perfect for everything I needed. However, a few years ago I somehow lost the suitcase and lost everything except the green tools and the screwdriver set. Well, I also lost one of the screwdrivers after trying to return it from a business trip where I bought an overpriced MacBook while I was in the military. Having just moved to another state, I figured it was time to start looking for new tools for my next PC build. In the end I decided to simplify things and took the same ones I already had because I knew how good they were and I needed a case for them too. They are magnetic and everything sits securely in the case. The top red part of the screwdrivers rotates, so you can use it in the palm of your hand and rotate the screwdrivers freely. The instrumentation is excellent. My old ones from 2011 are a bit worn so it's nice to have new ones. But they work last, and I might as well keep the old one I had (yes, I lost one of those too). I know these tools are not easy to find when looking for computer tools or PC stuff, but I highly recommend them. any others. I tried one when I got all the hardware for my computer, thinking I'd need a static strip, but the tools were pure rubbish. Keep it simple, be smart, touch the case you're working in and wear gloves when assembling.
