These bulbs worked great for a few months and then they had a weird function: with the remote it took 30-60 seconds to accelerate. They were so weak on startup that I had to lean over and look at the drives to see if they were starting to turn on. Same thing happens when I turn off the power. Either way, it was hard to tell if hitting the power button actually worked or not. I've tried changing modes and other settings but to no avail. It's quicker with a physical power button, but it still takes about 10 seconds for the lamps to reach their maximum brightness. Otherwise, these little lamps worked great under my kitchen cabinets to illuminate my work area. They were easy to install and give a good amount of light to the counter. As long as I throw away the remote and use the switch, it's actually not a bad buy. I just want the remote to work better so I can better control the light level.
