Size up a bit for my opinion
I like these. I have a very light period so I’m not sure how absorbent these really are, but they work for me. I would recommend getting a size up. I originally got an xl and they fit well, but a big snug, and when you’re on your period and bloated you don’t want to pull on tight panties. Get a size up for comfort
