Review on Triage Staffing by Randy Albright

I enjoyed working for Triage and really felt that I was able to have an impact on the patients I cared for. I felt that my managers really cared about me and my career and were always willing to do whatever was needed to help me grow. I think there were several times when I could have been more proactive with my career growth, but I understand that my managers are so busy that they couldn't help me more. I think that Triage is a great place to work. It really felt like a family, everyone was so friendly. I loved working with everyone! I really enjoyed the people I worked with, but some of the things I would like to have done differently are being able to work more flexibly with my schedule and more opportunities for career growth. I didn't have any major complaints. I think the benefits are great and the pay was good. I feel that the benefits I like that we can see our numbers week by week. This is an excellent tool for tracking your success. It is very easy to use and allows me to see how my candidates are performing compared to my previous employees. I wish there was an easier way to input the data. It's not intuitive at all. I would recommend this program to any company looking to track their performance. We have been able to identify when we need new hires or when we should let go of an employee who isn't meeting expectations.
