We got this because it rains so much where we live. I had to find a way to keep the hard wax on my cars and also get rid of some of the imperfections. After one application and a few passes over the paint, my car shines! This buffer works great for the price. I think all you need is compounds and wax. Pillows are included, but you'll likely need more. I also wanted to point out that I didn't know how long the cable was, but it's 70 inches for those wondering. Probably more if I pull the cable tighter. I also think it's good that Manuel shows how the buffer is set up and broken down. This is good for those who really want to maintain their buffer.
