Plus size yes!.I tell you at my size which is a 22/24.It can be hard to find anything that fits without trying them on.so I really did my homework on some sauna pants.I was wanting the kind with yellow but my measurements were not measuring up.but these paints went up to a 3x.I got them home and they hugged and fit perfect.you have to pull and stretch but they stretched with no problem at all.if you have big legs.I recommend these kind.after 3 weeks of having them I had to order a size 2x which did it's purpose.Yes you sweat.and yes they make noise.but it didn't bother me cause I was burning calories along with inches.I 110%. recommend this whole line to women sizes 16w-26w!.you won't be disappointed.you will see change!.hope this helped SOMEONE.This is a pick of me in my size 2x and a 3x in a men's size zip up VEST.It has really brought my shape TOGETHER.get this line.DONT care about what others say.it's YOUR one chance to weight loss through sweating it out.
