Just received and used for regular white rice. Fast forward 20 minutes, the best rice I've had in years came out. Going from a $15 Walmart rice cooker to this one is a big jump and I can definitely see a difference in quality. The only negative is that the low carb diet just got a whole lot harder with this little piece of magic! Cleaning is extremely easy. The inner pot is not sticky at all. and most parts are detachable so they can be cleaned easily. The rice cooker even came with a steam cleaning option, but I've heard from some friends that it works just mediocre. IH+ pressure cooking technology made the charm of rice cooking fast and even. The main reason I bought this Cuckoo rice cooker is because my 5 year old $20 rice cooker starts to stick and takes forever to cook. Clean up was difficult as soaking is almost always required and 2 cups of brown rice takes over an hour to cook. It was very frustrating to come home at 6pm and know that in 20 minutes everything would be cooked but the rice would not be ready. So if you are currently using a cheap rice cooker and have doubts about the price, click buy. Once you've tasted good rice, there's no going back. Update 6/20/2020 I tried to turbo cook mixed brown and white rice and it worked like magic. I was used to my brown rice being dry and hard so I didn't eat much, but with that I could hardly tell it was brown rice and I ended up eating my whole bowl. That's low carb for you lol
