I really like this tag. Looks good, very strong mount but easy to remove and put on. The only thing that confuses me is that the plastic cover on the nameplate window has a dense cross-hatch grid that obscures the lettering on the nameplate. I almost took it out and replaced it with clear plastic. But then I read the product description more closely and learned that it was "on purpose" to prevent casual viewers from seeing your personal information. I think that's a good idea, but it will be difficult (for example) for an airline employee to know who to return the bag if it gets lost. You have to squint or take apart the label to see the inscription.
