Pros and Cons of the Best Medical Supplies and Equipment

I can't give many reviews as I received my brace today. I bought it because of back pain and also my crooked spine as you can see in the first picture. I'll give the pros first.PROS:1. Nice simple design 2. The brace pulled out from under my arms and possibly straightened my back/spine3. Package arrived as promised 4. Good price 5. It hides quite well under some clothes - depending on the type of top and thickness you can see the straps - doesn't matter. They can always be worn over a blouse. CONS: 1. There is no instruction manual. I don't know how to tighten the straps, how to position the orthosis on the back and arms, etc. I am sure that the positioning is very important for postural straightening/correction2. A little uncomfortable under the arms3. I've seen photos/reviews of how it prevents you from flexing - doesn't it. You can still bend, you just feel a little resistance when you do it. But that's not enough to get you going again. I played with him sitting and standing. I was slouched without the brace and when I put the brace on it seemed to pull my shoulders back into position slightly. I can't give 5 stars for sure because that would mean the braces work. If the description says it helps with back pain, I assume it will help with upper back pain. While it's still early days, I don't feel like he's correcting his posture just because you can still hang out with him. I would like to try the brace for 30 days to see if muscle memory occurs and maybe I can go back and edit this review.
