The customer service was great, very helpful with all my questions! They also have an awesome team of developers who helped me out when I had some issues integrating their product into our website (which they created!).

It's been easy to use so far but nothing really stands out as being better than any other tool in this space - we are just taking it for granted since everything has pretty much worked well up until now :) Great price point too compared to competitors such as Optimizely or HotJar which require more expensive licenses if you're not already working within those ecosystems first-hand. We've found value by tracking where customers drop off after signingup/adding items etc., then providing feedback directly back onto them via email / SMS alerts about what pages need work best at different conversion stages.
