Unfortunately, Kercisbeauty did not live up to my anticipation in any manner, shape, or form. I had high hopes for them. Because their website is disorganized and challenging to browse, using it may be an extremely aggravating experience right from the start. However, that is not even the most disappointing aspect. The items they sell have a terrible quality to them. I bought some clothing, shoes, and jewelry, and every single item was of terrible quality and constructed of materials of low cost. The garments did not fit well and did not look anything like the photographs on the internet. The shoes were obviously not created with any care or attention to detail, and they were really uncomfortable. And what about the jewelry? Let's just say it appeared to be something that could be purchased for one dollar at a dollar store. I attempted to get a refund by contacting their customer care team, however the responses I received were unhelpful and indifferent to my request. It is very evident that they do not care about the clients they serve or the standards to which their goods are held. I am unable to suggest Kercisbeauty to anyone with good conscience despite the fact that I have a platform. You can save both time and money by shopping somewhere else. Believe me, you'll be grateful to me in the future.
