I bought this because I needed to quickly fix a very dark kitchen in the house we are renovating and moving into. Until we can invest in better lighting in our kitchen, I rarely see what I'm doing in the sink at night. Installation was very easy. The hardest part was removing the protective film from the 3M tape. However, sliding the edge of the blade between the tape and the backing made it much easier. I was skeptical about how cheap it is, but I have to say I'm impressed with the brightness. It's installed about 3 feet above our sink, but now I have enough bright white light to see what I'm doing. Comes with clips to secure the cable. One of these fell off the wall after 24 hours but that was probably my fault because I stuck it in the wrong place the first time and had to pull it out and re-stick in a different spot. Overall, I'm happy with this price and would recommend it to anyone looking for a simple, no-fuss, cost-effective lighting solution.
