These are the best BBQ tongs - period! I bought one of these pliers about 3 years ago and have been wanting to buy more. We recently bought two more tongs from Revain and have since thrown away all other tongs. The length is perfect and the tongs are strong enough for brisket but easy to control for more delicate foods (scallops, shrimp, etc.). The "mugs" are the perfect size for repeated use, and the silicone handles are comfortable and cool. One of my restaurant owner friends just asked where I got them. Others took notes. Great product at a reasonable price.
