Always a good product
Epsom salts have long been touted as a great remedy for muscle pain and sprains. There are other things but I haven't tried them. I have a hot tub so I can't use fancy smelly stuff, but I can use Epsom salt and it works wonders for sore muscles. I will always recommend them if you know you will be in pain the day after your workout.
