User friendly frontend, reasonable learning curve
The ability to use RDL files directly in SSRS. Reporting is very flexible and allows for customizations as needed. There are many different ways to customize reports as well. Reports can be difficult to write and understand for users who are not experts in SQL or data warehousing. Customization of reports can take time. I have found this product to be very useful and helpful in our daily operations. It has allowed us to provide better customer service while providing up to date information about our business.
