One is great and has been working great since we bought it. The other had to be positioned correctly to work. After months of wrangling I finally got it. I heard a noise inside when I held it so I took it apart, can't break it any more than it already is right? One metal tab securing the connection was found to be broken and the other bent (which is why it barely worked, only when positioned correctly). Well I have to say the quality is of course not that great as it sits on the center console and doesn't bump or bump. And the charging cables attached to it have only been added or changed a few times in the 8 months we've owned it. The second works perfectly, so far without problems. Maybe it was an accident, but also a bit disappointing.
