Review on Bargoose Home Textiles – Bedbug-Proof Pillow πŸ›οΈ Protector: Waterproof, Zippered Encasement in Standard Size (Single, White) by Mary Deng

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Comfortable and Quiet

It is important to note that the cover on this pillow is not and does not claim to be waterproof. It is a dense polyester that allows air to pass through and protects against allergens. I used it for my pillow which is a gel pillow and is not a standard size but is only slightly longer than a standard size pillow. Because the cover was elastic, he stood up without any problems. The stitching on it is good, although I wish they had stitched the top of the zipper area so the stitching doesn't hit the zipper when trying to zip up. I like that air flows through it and it doesn't end up like an inflated balloon when I put a pillow in it. It's soft and doesn't make any noise or that awful rattle when I move my head like some other brands do. I also like that it's machine washable and tumble dryable (up to 140Β°F). I have never had an allergy problem (to dust mites) although I can't tell you how it works against bed bugs as I don't have that problem. However, I will definitely take it with me when I need to travel and stay in hotels. So far I'm very happy with it and would recommend it to anyone not looking for a waterproof case.

Pros
  • BED BARRIER: This pillowcase's laminated fabric is resistant to bed bugs, making it a great option for hotels, B&Bs, or people who allow residents to stay indoors.
Cons
  • I don't remember
