When it comes to cleaning tools, size matters
This pair of bamboo wok brushes is HUGE! Didn't expect that. This is good because if I was cleaning woks and NOT carbon steel pans, I want to stay away from hot surfaces. Some are afraid of losing their stubble. I have a feeling that if you collect bristles of slightly different sizes and put them in a metal ring, some of them will naturally be lost (over time and with use) due to the different lengths of the bristles.
