The best purchase in my life, I will definitely buy it again.
Installed the first time, no problems in this regard arose. After installation, I encountered a constant flow of drainage water, even after the faucet was turned off. The question arose: why? I dug up several videos, called technical support, but received only superficial information. I had to solve the issue by typing. First, I completely drained the water from the storage tank and left it to fill, timed it. It took about 60-70 minutes to fill, then the flows through the drainage channel stopped. According to the instructions, new filters must be washed for two hours, only after that they can be used for their intended purpose. Wasn't wasting water. Just carefully drained the water for a week for kitchen needs. I have been using the filter for more than two months, I am completely satisfied with the quality of the water! Definitely recommend!
- 1) Easy to install and operate, when registering a filter on the official website, they give a year of additional warranty and the ability to set a mention of the need to change filters on time, by notification via SMS. 2) Relatively inexpensive filters and the ability to hand over the used filter for recycling to the nearest Aquaphor point (not available at all points).
- 1) It takes a very long time to fill the storage tank (approximately 1 hour) 2) The actual size of the storage tank is 4.5 liters 3) Very long filter washing required (2 hours)
