love it! This was my first digital thermometer and it is very easy to use. You press one button to turn it on and another to choose between Fahrenheit and another to use Celsius. It remembers which size you prefer. It's so quick and easy to use on meat. So far I've used it on roast beef and turkey and it hasn't let me down. I was a bit worried about the turkey and was hoping the dark meat would be done but it was 165 in the thigh so I took it out. No more overcooked turkeys! The temperature was high and the meat was tender and juicy. Roast beef was even easier. I prefer mine refined, but it's so hard to measure unless the meat is perfectly round (what's a roast?). I tested both the thicker and thinner roasts and got my temp up to 130 degrees (slightly higher on the thinner part) and voila, a totally rare roast. The only improvement I would make would be to make the screen a bit brighter or bigger, but I have bad eyesight. This is probably normal for most people.
