I read reviews that said it was loud, but it isn't; when I compare it to my b810r, the sound is much more subdued, and there are no clicks at all that are typical of a mechanical keyboard (I got this version on red switches, took it as a gift to a friend, and chose it to be quieter so that the lady wouldn't accidentally hit herself in the head). I'm used to hitting the buttons with a fair amount of force, but here they work with a great deal less resistance even in compared to the membrane keyboard. The space bar in particular lacks any sort of tactile reaction, which adds to the impression that it is incredibly sensitive to my touch. Therefore, if being able to hear and feel the pressure is vital to you, you should opt for blue switches rather than red ones because blue switches are expected to be superior (and louder) in this regard. I saw some unfavorable comments about the program, but when I installed it and used it, I had no issues. If I wanted to configure more than just the lighting, however, I ran into some challenges. Overall, though, I did not discover anything unfavorable about it. I have had the 810 for more than a year, it was filled with beer once, and it works without a hitch; this one, I believe, will keep the level). In general, I can quite suggest it for buying. I have had the 810 for more than a year. The font used here appears to be of a higher quality compared to the one used on the earlier model.
