My husband found one of these at a local shop many years ago and I scoffed at his fondness for oddball cookware. After all, we have drawers full of all sorts of niche items, but we bought this one. When I found out that this was the best and easiest way to clean glasses and glasses, I believed my words and told him what a good find it was. I don't use it for mixing, but I think it would be good there as well. I use this to scrape all the peanut butter off the end of the jar or scrape jars of spaghetti sauce or whatever where I don't want to leave as much food behind but has been too much work in the past. This scraper is phenomenal at getting every last drop, drop, and drop!
