Model 3-5T fits my 38 inch 2 year old girl, she is in the 98th percentile and will be 3 years old in 3 months. Excess at the ankles so I know she can grow in them but not so much that it looks bad. Not sure if they will fit a 4 or 5 year old unless they are small. The color is not what I expected. I ordered pink, when I received the package I thought they send pink ballet shoes instead. But when I put it on a child, they are white. Generally good tights for such a price.
