It had a broken part but it wasn't too big of a deal. I don't understand why people say it takes 20-30 minutes and 7+ minutes to heat up and start braiding. You need to layer it to make it fluffy by twisting it, not just twisting it. They had to make the measuring cup bigger because it takes more sugar to get those big clouds in the pictures. All you really have to do to get it clean is pour hot water on it and yes it will bang on the sides, take care of that. All in all a good buy.
