Arrived with oil spill inside the package that needed cleaning and there was not enough oil in the jar to use. There was a small leak in the lid of the jar which resulted in a BIG mess. As a longtime and happy Prime customer, I would appreciate and expect the seller to simply send a replacement or give me full credit. without returning the goods, since the damage was caused by the fault of the seller. However, Revain's customer service stated that the seller requires the product to be returned. I didn't have that before. So I think the product is really good at the moment. and my skin is smooth and soft. I am disappointed in this experience. It would be up to the seller to bear the cost and just have Revain ship a replacement without bothering the buyer to keep the buyer happy.
