The software was easy to install and use. However, the support team is unresponsive. I am a small business owner who needs support when needed. Instead, I have been told I should not expect any response from them until the next scheduled maintenance window. That means if I have a question on Monday morning, I will probably wait until Thursday night to hear back. This is unacceptable. They claim they offer 24/7 customer support (which you would think would include weekend), but it does not appear so. Support is only available via email or phone during normal business hours (9-5 CST). Their website says "We're always here". Really? Do you mean your web server is there all day everyday?
