Delicious but causes high whey iron
This is a really tasty shake, but I read that someone's iron spiked after taking it. I just did a blood test after using it for a few months and lo and behold my serum iron is also above normal. This is very serious and can cause many problems, so I will stop using this product and will do another blood test in about a month. Unfortunately, because it's really tasty, but otherwise no problem.
