Heat up a room quickly

Great little heater for its compact size. It heats up the room very quickly, which is where I spend most of my time. I'm hoping that even though it's an electrical appliance, it will help with my heating bills by reducing the need to turn on the heat when I'm just sitting. I turn it on for 20 minutes and let it heat up the room, turn it off and the rooms stay warm for a long time. I've only had this for a few weeks so I'm not sure yet how this will affect my electric bill, but I'm hoping for a positive result.
