The thing itself is a good size, looks useful. Inside there are different departments. But like all things that come from non-US manufacturers, it comes in a plain plastic bag with no identifying or descriptive documentation. No warranty or warranty documents. There is no label that says "Flame Retardant! protected from knives! -- or even proof of item number, brand, etc. (although the bag itself has a KeeQii fabric patch). It's a soft shell covered in some kind of sticky rubber/synthetic coating. Can it be cut with a wave or hunting knife? I don't know - of course I won't try it - but it's a soft shell so I'm not sure. I bought this for my home office - need a lockable "safe" for 990 salesperson forms - so it meets minimum legal requirements. I keep it and hope it never has to be reviewed.
