Wobbly and unusable

Would be perfect if I could actually USE it, the legs won't snap into the base leaving a gap and the bottom that screws into the base won't tighten no matter how very i screw it in and it stays wobbly and unusable. UPDATE: I received a replacement which was shipped within two days only to have the exact same issue. I am going back forever and will never buy another hanger from these sellers again.
