Product choices are somewhat misleading. The options "Unheated", "Recycling box" or "Retail box" mean that both the recycling box and the retail box are heated. It's not relevant. Only fleece variants without a heated roller. I was a little disappointed when I opened the box and found that it didn't get hot, but my cat still seems to love it and it's too much hassle to return it! If it gets too cold by the window this winter, I'll probably grab a small heating pad or bed and put it on the windowsill. The roller will keep my cat from rolling over while sleeping.
