I love how soft this toothbrush feels on my gums when I brush my teeth. The bristles feel comfortable on my sensitive teeth and gums. But during normal cleaning, the handle has not bent. After using this toothbrush twice a day for two weeks, I noticed white "smut" (for lack of a better word) along this groove. So I removed the brush head and then used a sponge (with soap) to clean the area. This is inconvenient. Another problem is that the brush head has to fit perfectly into the housing; Otherwise some of the bristles will bend when the case is closed. A nozzle arrived with some bent bristles (see picture labeled "bent bristles").
