High Quality Materials

Good quality parts. The aluminum pullers make a solid impression. I used it to remove dents from a stainless steel refrigerator. My only change would be to add a few more oval bits with rounded edges instead of flat. Otherwise it seems to be working great. As others have said, be patient. Allow the glue to dry completely and apply a few strokes if necessary. Also, be very careful when removing the glued tip with alcohol and a scraper. Keep the bit flat on the surface and let the scraper do all the work rather than pulling the bit down as it made an even bigger dent for me.
