Broke on first use - Bakeware

Professionally sold but definitely not strong enough. The first time I used it, I sliced 30 pounds of cake donuts with no problem. When I switched to yeast donuts which have a chewy dough, the handle broke on the 1st screen. I can still use it but I have to be careful not to cut myself. I know I could send it back but I don't think the seller understood the needs of professional bakers. It would be great for a home baker.
