Seems to work well with my Garmin Forerunner 35 watch without moving too easily. My original Garmin lock ring broke after 1.5 years and I have not abused it. Some other reviews mentioned that the bulge on the inside of this lockring didn't prevent the lockring from shifting; I suppose it's important to adjust the ring so that the protrusion is between the wrist and the strap and not wear the strap loose. If I had any idea of durability I would give it 5 stars but I've only had it a week so I'm hesitant to give it such a high rating.
