Attention! As soon as I unpacked it, I noticed that the poles are not wrapped with sisal rope, but with sisal cord. Maybe a sixteenth of an inch of line doesn't last more than a couple of weeks, I can see. This is not the usual sisal rope that everyone is used to and most likely expects. You will most likely need to wrap it with sisal rope soon as the cat will break this tiny thin rope much quicker than the rope. Once assembled, the center platform has 2 exposed screw heads, which are also very cheap. So if you put them in, you've ripped off the heads by tightening them up. Also, the device has no weight or weight so I can see it coming home only to be knocked over by a cat scratching it as it's not heavy enough to stay in place. To prevent tipping, you will need an additional base on the bottom that is significantly wider than the device itself. Do not buy. look elsewhere
