Excellent tabs! I use half a tablet of iSonic Ultrasonic F3900 denture and retainer cleaner every evening to disinfect my mouthguard. They can easily be broken in half. You must use warm or hot water for the tablets to work. They slowly begin to dissolve, turning the water blue. I run the ultrasonic cleaner for two 3 minute cycles and then soak the mouthguard for another 15+ minutes. I rinse them with water and enjoy using them! I have friends who clean their mouthguards less often, but I'm a night worker. The tabs make cleaning a lot easier. Otherwise, I clean them with toothpaste and a toothbrush. But when I use pills I just soak them in the water and they do their thing - much easier!
