Review on 366 Degrees by John Miranda

I love all my emails that are sent out from this program, everything works great! The customer service can be so good at times but very bad other days as well (it's inconsistent). Sometimes it takes them over 24 hours or even longer than usual before they get back into an issue you have raised. However sometimes after raising something multiple time nothing happens until many weeks later when someone replies saying "sorry we missed this one". Don't use if not willing/able pay extra money to solve issues in realtime like some others do instead waiting up 2 months only then getting a reply because everyone else was busy working etc.. It should make you wait around 4 - 8hrs max which is fair enough however don’t expect too much help unless its extremely urgent otherwise just stay away due to lack luster support & slow response rate overall. You need people who care about what.
