Review on ParallelDots ShelfWatch by Jack Ford

I like the ability to search for products by attributes, which makes it easy for the customer to find the product they are looking for. I wish that the software could be used for other industries such as healthcare, retail and manufacturing. I also wish that the customer service could be improved. I am a customer service agent at a grocery store. I use the software to search for products by attributes and check off products that we are selling. I really like how easy it was to set up our store with this software! The customer service also helped us out when we had questions regarding setting everything up at first (I know that's not something you can't do but they were very helpful). We are able solve inventory issues by using shelfwatch instead of having people manually check shelves or scan each item individually which saves time AND money since there aren’t as many errors because human error isn”T involved anymore!!
