These excavators are small and good looking. BUT, I used them for salt and pepper and within 2 weeks the salt marsh was rusty. For 3 weeks the same was true for the pepper excavator. I cleaned both with BarTenders Helper and while it initially removed the rust, after a few days it was heavier than before. This rust (oxidation) is toxic to humans. Revane, I urge you to take these backhoes off the market for health reasons.
