The item I received was obviously used which I did not pay for. The overvoltage protection was missing and various packages of screws were cut open and scattered in the box. A key screw is missing, rendering the product unusable. I've included several photos of open packaging and a few screws floating freely in the box, including a set of three (1 missing) that attaches the TV plate to the bracket and a drywall covered screw. The seller was quick. to solve the problem and send me the missing screw and surge protector. I'm not deducting many stars because this is really the fulfillment center's fault, not the product, and it's probably a one-time issue anyway. Now that I've actually been able to use it I can say it works great, moves much smoother than the heavy duty mount I've previously ordered from them and so far my 30lb 55" TV still hangs on the wall. My only complaint is that I wish the part that attaches to the TV was the same as the other mount because then I could switch to the new mount even more easily.
