The shoulder seam hangs at least 2 1/2 inches down each arm. The problem is that it doesn't fit flush with the top of the arm if you want longer sleeves. It's a sharp edge and sticks out. It measures 22 inches from shoulder to shoulder. And it was too short to match the shoulder material. i bought a big one
