The product is not as advertised.
The chair is easy to assemble, strong and well balanced. What worries me is that I'm not sure I got the exact chair I ordered from these people. The knee pad is smaller and shaped differently than the one in the advert and different than the one on the box lid. It's small and kind of uncomfortable - my knees keep slipping off it. The memory foam cushioning is fairly soft but compresses easily and doesn't feel as firm as regular memory foam products. Also, the chair seat must be 27 inches high. It reaches just under 26 inches at its highest point and then loses another 2 inches once you sit on it because the hydraulic spring compresses very slightly. Not a problem for some, but I have a very tall tabletop and I needed all of those 27 inches. No, I sit 3 inches shorter.
