Review on Samsung Cordless Stick Vacuum Bundle by Bankroll Reed

This vacuum cleaner has many more accessories than the Dyson. It comes with several, even standing on the floor, and does the job perfectly. It's also heavier than the Dyson, which may be a downside for me. The only criticism is the charging station. There should be a small screw that the manual says is needed to hold the charging station together. It wasn't in the package and you need it, otherwise when you lift the station to move it (it doesn't pull) it all falls down (as my leg did). At my age I can't risk it more than once. I called Samsung (in India) with the manual in hand and they told me that they need the exact model number of the vacuum cleaner from the box to determine if this vacuum cleaner should come with a screw. Although I explained that the instructions made it clear that a screw needs to be inserted, that there is a screw hole in the stem, and that I told the story of how the station fell on my foot while picking it up, it wasn't enough . . Convince the representative that the screw is actually part of the entire assembly. GHOST! So I have to call back at home and read the number off the box. POOH. If I don't get anything it comes back and I will never buy from Samsung again!
