These 7mm 14k white gold earring backs are of good quality and fit snugly on the posts to be able to be held.

I agree with the other two reviewers. These 7mm 14k white gold earring backs are of good quality and fit snugly onto the stems to hold the earrings securely in place. They are a good size for the 6.5mm lugs I bought them for, so the stones face forward and don't sag. I am happy with this purchase and the price compared to list prices in jewelry stores.
