These 'magic erasers' work very well and are a great deal for a pack of 100. In my opinion they work just as well as the brand you give them. I've used them on all sorts of surfaces in my home - countertops, sinks, ranges, cabinets, even upholstery, walls and wood! In fact, this is the best solution I've found for removing chalk and markers from walls (I have toddlers). It's not as good as paint over, but it works better than any other cleaning solution I've tried. They stick together pretty well. I can sponge clean most of my kitchen before it falls apart. It is also no different from the branded version. I know some people keep them for a few purposes, but I use them as often as I can and then throw them away. It is not recommended to keep sponges for too long after they get wet. As I said, this pack of cleaning sponges is a great thing. They are identical to the branded version for a fraction of the cost. And they have a million and one uses!
