For the most part I like this blender. My problem is that the lid doesn't stay in place when I use it. I got food everywhere. So I have to keep the lid on while using it. Update: After reading my review, the company contacted me to try and fix my above issue. It couldn't be solved so they replaced my blender. After getting my new blender I now know the problem is with the jar and not the top. It doesn't hold up properly. I'm glad the company sent me a new one because I think it's a very good blender. The customer service is top notch and it's good to see that the company stands behind their product.
