I'm in love with these pans and shocked. When I say I despise non-stick pans, I'm not exaggerating. However, I needed one for a specific recipe. I ordered this skillet based on my recipe and a skillet for my husband. He loves non-stick pans to boil eggs for our dogs and the ones he had looked shabby. I liked both pans so much that I bought a grill pan. These pans are amazing! They don't leave an odd taste in what you cook. They burn like stainless steel and cast iron. Plus, you don't have to worry about the coating chipping off your food! And I didn't have to buy any plastic utensils to cook in. I love them all! It's like cooking in my cast iron with no maintenance!
