Review on ๐ŸŽฎ Reiso 2-Pack NGC Controllers Classic Wired Controller for Wii Gamecube - Clear Purple and Moss Green by Stephanie More

Super cheap and works perfectly. Butโ€ฆ

They work great, I want to stress that. I didn't notice any clicking, drifting, or sagging from the L Stick, and all buttons work flawlessly. So it works well, but it doesn't feel right. The L-Sticks have very little resistance, the buttons don't have a satisfying feel and just click with no resistance, the controller's plastic body is pretty flimsy overall, and the controller itself feels very light. The lack of resistor and controller can lead to skipped inputs, which is generally annoying. Regardless, both work. The only problem I've ever had with these controllers was that there was a lot of drift when first plugged in. However, I unplugged and plugged them back in and it didn't happen again. Not sure why this happened. In general, everything is fine with the controller. However, if you plan to use this controller for SSBU, I wouldn't recommend it. As with all unmodded Game Cube controllers, the L and R buttons suck. They take a long time to press, meaning you can miss a shield, dodge, or roll over if you're not fast enough. The lack of L-stick resistance can hurt jerky, precise insertion and more. The lack of resistance on the A, B, X, and Y buttons makes it incredibly easy to press one of them without realizing it. There isn't much lag though, each controller on its own works well with Smash. If you're looking for a quality Smash controller at a relatively low price, I recommend looking into Combat Pads. They look like a game cube controller, similar to a game cube controller but better. Much better. L and R are easy to press, have ZL and ZR buttons, a home button, a grab button, + and -, and use USB instead of Game Cube plug-ins. You feel made for SSBU. The only downside is that they sometimes have turbo buttons (which should normally be illegal in competitive play), they can be a bit pricey ($25-$60). But I've seen used Mario and Pikachu for $18 and the controller Luigi - up to $18). $100) and they look like things a virgin would own. But if that suits you, it's the best controller in my opinion.
