Review on πŸ’ͺ Bosu Balance Trainer 65cm: The Original Fitness Equipment for Enhanced Stability and Core Strengthening by Avery Sharma

Exactly what I wanted and expected

I usually use Bosu in the gym and for exercise therapy. At the start of the pandemic I thought I might be extravagant buying it for home use. I also didn't know how long the gyms would be closed! From March to September I trained at home without bare feet, but in September I had to go back to physiotherapy. Of course they gave me exercises with the boss! I decided it was time to buy my own so I could run my home gym. I'm so happy I got it! It's easy to set up and when I'm done I tuck it under my raised sofa, although you can tuck it under your bed if you like if you don't have the luxury of a true home gym. I practiced in my living room. I have to admit that I refuse to use hand pumps and this is not my first inflatable. I need to balance the balls I take with me when I travel, so I have a small portable electric pump. Bosu quickly inflated with a pump. I can't tell you how easy it is to inflate with the included hand pump. Some users say that it doesn't come with the promised DVDs and blackboard. You don't read instructions. These are not printed copies, but digital copies. Inside the box you will find a user manual, instructions on how to extend the warranty and instructions on how to download the free DVD and free wall chart. In fact, I like it more than what comes with printed copies - the poster gets folded and crumpled, and the DVD can break. You can save digital copies on your phone, computer, tablet or any of the above devices. It is very comfortable. Also, when you sign up on the Bosu website, you can CHOOSE which of several DVD options you want to use your promo code on. Pretty nice again. Overall I am very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend using Bosu under supervision. If you're buying Bosu and have never worked with a therapist or trainer before, be careful. Careless or improper training can lead to injuries. This device is designed to improve your balance skills. Therefore, falling or twisting your ankle or wrist are risks associated with unsupervised use of this device.
